I know it's been a while. Everyone keeps asking how the planning is coming...
So little to plan, I really don't have much to say.
So... a big thing we had to do was register. I think we found out a lot about each other. I was very surprised at what was important to me and what was important to him. Dan felt every single towel at each of the stores that we went to. Who knew bath towels were that important to him? Well, rest assured that the towels on the registry are the fluffiest, thickest towels that we could find.
Next on our agenda is invitations (and I have to actually ask people to be in the wedding.) I will not be hand making the invitations. Granted, I had wanted to do the Save-the-Dates... crazy me. I know pretty much exactly what I want for invitations and it is not within my power.
We also have to start considering what we want to put in the Out of Town bags. As, everyone will be getting these, we can't really order anything until later but we can decide what is going in them now. I'm actually quite excited about filling the bags. They are one of the small ways that we can say 'thank you' for joining us on this very special day/trip/journey.
Again, please don't hesitate to contact Sally, our travel agent, for prices and booking. She will not cost you more money and if you do find a better deal than she does, she can book your better deal and still be included in our package. (No worries if you want to do it on your own either...)
